Inscrits à la Cour de Cassation (Paris) et à la Cour d'Appel (Poitiers) depuis 1994, nous sommes spécialisés uniquement en traductions officielles (aussi appelées 'traductions certifiées' et 'traductions assermentées') en plusieurs langues: allemand, anglais, chinois, espagnol, français, grec, italien et portugais. Nos traductions officielles sont valides auprès de toutes les autorités en France et à l'étranger, sans exception. La qualité de chaque traduction est assurée par deux traducteurs; un premier traducteur et un relecteur qui est également traducteur assermenté. Vu l'importance pour vous de vos documents originaux, nous vous informons par courriel dès leur arrivée et dès leur réexpédition. En raison de notre bonne réputation et de nos prix raisonnables, nous sommes assez solicités et nous ne cachons pas que nous sommes très contents du fait que la moitié de notre travail nous parvienne grâce aux commandes supplémentaires (ou des recommandations) faites par les clients satisfaits. Néanmoins, pour toute traduction acceptée, nous garantissons un délai de sept jours ouvrables. Les traductions officielles diffèrent des traductions ordinaires dans la mesure où elles sont certifiées par le traducteur assermenté qui atteste d'avoir vu et authentiqué, sous serment, les documents originaux. Afin d'assurer leur valeur légale, elles sont numérotées, enregistrées, signées et revêtues de notre sceau. En tant que traducteur assermenté (aussi connu par le nom de traducteur agréé, expert traducteur et agent assermenté expert) chaque traducteur s'engage à respecter la confidentialité de tout document confié. We have been registered with the Paris 'Cour de Cassation' (France's highest court) and the Court of Appeal of Poitiers since 1994. We specialise in Sworn Translations (a.k.a. 'official translations' and 'certified translations') for Courts, Lawyers, Barristers, Notaries and for private clients. Our sworn translations (into Chinese, English, French, German, Greek, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese) are legally accepted by all authorities, both in France and throughout the world, without exception. Sworn translations differ from ordinary translations in that they carry a seal and certification guaranteeing that the Sworn Translator (a.k.a. 'Oficial Translator' and  'Expert Translator') has seen and authenticated (under oath) the original documents. We must number, register, sign and affix our seal to each translation. The quality of our translations is assured by two translators; a first translator and a proofreader, who is equally a sworn translator. Given the importance of your original documents, both translators treat all documents as strictly confidential and we always email inform you of the arrival and return of your originals. Due to our good reputation and our reasonable prices we are kept busy and we are proud of the fact that half of our work comes from referrals and repeat requests from satisfied clients. However we guarantee to finish accepted work within seven (7) working days, unless agreed otherwise. Als vor dem Gerichtshof "Cour d'Appel" beeidigte Übersetzer und Dolmetscher sind wir öffentlich bestellte und beeidigte Übersetzer (manchmal auch Sprachmittler genannt), die auch als "ermächtigte Übersetzer" oder "allgemein beeidigte Übersetzer" bezeichnet werden, wobei die  Vorschriften eines Gerichtssachverständigen auf uns als Fachübersetzer und Urkundenübersetzer anwendbar sind. Die Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit unserer Übersetzungen für Gerichte, Rechtsanwälte und Notare, wie auch Firmen und Privatpersonen wird hier in der Regel mit "conforme à l'original" bescheinigt. Nach der Unterschriftsleistung steht dann die "beglaubigte Übersetzung" zur Verfügung. Die absolute Vertraulichkeit wird als Selbstverständlichkeit streng eingehalten.
